No envelopes or stamps? First day of the month? No worries, you can pay your rent on-line here! Please Note: that this method of payment has a $50.00 expedited processing charge from Paypal. The total cost of using this expedited payment method is $1,850 (the $1,800 rent payment and the $50 Paypal expedited processing cost). The expedited processing fee also applies to telephone payments.

Remember, as always, payments from your home banking bill payment, and full payments mailed in are always with no additional charge by us!
